Orders within the European Union

Free shipping for all original artworks or orders over €200. All orders are shipped from Spain.
Generally, your order will be ready for shipment within 2 to 4 business days. The exception is high-definition fine art prints, which require 7 business days as they are made to order. Local orders may take between 2 and 3 business days to be delivered after dispatch. You will receive a tracking number by email once the package has been shipped.

International Orders (outside the European Union)

For all original artworks or orders over €600, shipping will be free. All orders are shipped from Spain. Click on "Buy" after adding the products to the cart to view the different shipping options and their costs.

Standard international shipping will include partial tracking ((1) Acceptance at the counter; (2) Handed over to the carrier / Left at destination; (3) Arrival at the foreign mail processing center; and (4) Delivered). Express international shipping will include full tracking.

Import Duties and Taxes

Import taxes and duties are not included in the purchase price of your order. Some countries require the payment of import taxes and duties for customs clearance into your country. Please check your country’s import duties and taxes before placing your order, as we are not responsible for any additional costs.

Return Policy

All sales are final. Please read product descriptions carefully. If you have any questions, contact us. We will not cover the cost of reshipping an item returned as "Return to Sender."

Returns will only be accepted if the item arrives damaged, provided you notify us within 30 days of receipt and after verification of the damage.
