What do we use your personal data for?

We process your personal data to provide you with the service you contracted with us, supply the requested orders, and offer you commercial support.

In addition, after the Regulation came into force, we continue to process your data as we have done until now, with the utmost respect for the confidentiality and security of your information, and for the same purposes.

Why do we use your personal data?

Below we explain the legal bases that allow us to process your personal data. We process your data:
– For the logistical and administrative management of your orders or the provision of the service you request, in case you wish to maintain the commercial relationship with us in the near future.
– To enable us to comply with our legal obligations, including tax laws and current data protection regulations.
– To inform you about new products, services, conditions, and activities of Oki Hoyos, always subject to your prior authorization.

How long will we keep your data?

– For commercial purposes: Accounting and tax documentation – 6 years (Art. 30 Spanish Commercial Code).
– For tax purposes: 4 years (Arts. 66–70 Spanish General Tax Law).
– Corporate retention period: 10 years, in accordance with the requirements of the competent authorities in this field.

To whom will we disclose your data?

We will not share your personal data with third parties, unless it is necessary to provide a service, we are covered by a law, or you have previously agreed with us.

What are your rights when you provide us with your data?

You have the right to access, object, rectify, or cancel the data included in the file, by writing to the person responsible for processing your personal data (mentioned above) or by email to: okicocorota@gmail.com

Please remember to include a copy of your ID card (NIF) or an equivalent document proving your identity or representation with your request.

In addition to the above rights, you will have the right to withdraw the consent given at any time using the procedure described above.
