Return Policy

In case an item does not meet your expectations or you simply change your mind, you can request the return of your products within a maximum of 30 days after delivery. You can also request an exchange or a refund.

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, you may request the return of the product within 30 days of receipt of your order.
If you receive a damaged item, you may request repair, replacement or refund within 30 days of delivery.
Please note that made-to-order products, such as commissioned artwork and custom, made-to-order design pieces, are not eligible for return or refund.
I changed my mind, how do I return my order?
Once your item has been delivered, you can request a return by contacting your Customer Care specialist at contacto@okihoyos.com.
Even if you decide to return your item, we want to ensure the best possible service.
Does the return also have to be made within 30 days of receipt of the order, or does this period only apply to the request?
The only thing that must be done within 30 days of delivery is the return request. You can safely return your order as soon as we receive it.

How does it work?
The only charge that the customer has to pay is the shipping of the artwork that has to be returned. Once the artwork is received, the customer will be refunded or the artwork will be exchanged.
One of our Customer Service specialists will inform you how to proceed with your return once we have received your request.
You will receive the return shipping documents with clear instructions.
If necessary, we can locate restorers on your behalf, communicate with artists or arrange for your return shipment. Our team wants to make this process as easy as possible for you.

You will receive a full refund, which includes the price of your item and shipping costs.

Can I return made-to-order products?
No, made-to-order products are not eligible for return. This includes commissioned artwork, custom and made-to-order designer furniture.
However, once the commissioned piece is finished and ready to ship, you will be asked to give a final confirmation based on the photo of the commissioned piece. As long as it has not shipped, you can still cancel the order and receive a full refund.
Once you confirm the order, it is shipped and is no longer eligible for return or refund.
